Contact

One address, read by a person. Lead the subject line with the label that matches and you will get an answer faster.

Everything below reaches contact@guildgamer.com. The labels are not separate addresses; they are what to lead the subject line with, which is the thing that actually gets a mail to the right place first.

We reply to corrections within a working day, to pitches within a week, and to privacy requests within one month, which is the deadline the law sets. If something is genuinely urgent, say so in the subject line and say why.

Corrections and tips contact@guildgamer.com
A broken guide step, a wrong price, a patch we missed. Name the article and the step. These are read first.
Pitches contact@guildgamer.com
One paragraph, the game, and what you have already finished in it. No attachments on a first mail.
Advertising contact@guildgamer.com
Display inventory and sponsorship. We do not sell reviews, scores, placements in a ranked list, or links inside editorial copy.
Privacy and data requests contact@guildgamer.com
Access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how long we hold it.
Legal and rights contact@guildgamer.com
Takedown notices, licensing questions and anything about image rights. Include the exact URL.

Formal notices

GuildGamer is published by Guild Gamer and does not operate a public postal address. Send formal notices, including takedown and rights correspondence, to contact@guildgamer.com with Legal at the front of the subject line. If a matter genuinely requires service by post, write to that address first and we will provide one.

What we do not do

  • Publish press releases as written, under a byline or without one.
  • Give a guaranteed review, a guaranteed date or a guaranteed score in exchange for a key.
  • Add or remove links in a published article in exchange for payment.
  • Pass reader email addresses to anyone. The newsletter list is never sold or rented.

Review code and hardware loans are welcome and are always disclosed in the article that results from them. Send offers to contact@guildgamer.com. Accepting a copy of a game commits us to nothing, including publishing at all.
